Waitt’s Project;
Thanks for taking a look!
We did a lot for this wonderful family! We added 2,000 square feet to an existing 6,000 square foot home to allow the entire family to come together! Our challenges were many; the soils at this location on Bishops Lodge Rd in Tesuque demanded a special process. We used Ram Jack of New Mexico to drive 40 foot long screws through the sand down to bedrock enabling a well supported second story over the garage. The home had first been built in 1922 and the entire electrical system needed to be upgraded; we used the marvelous services of Electric Dimensions. We added an increased height and width garage for easy loading and unloading off the kitchen. We built a luxurious laundry as the lady of the house loves to care well for her brood! In addition to making many art work locations for our discerning art enthusiast client, and adding many beautiful features like custom 24 panel doors, we also put in a 7,500 gallon water catchment system to augment the existing well, get said well to last much longer, and keep this special property lush. Thank you for checking out the photos!
